You can submit material here
Please read the rules and description in the second column first, and then fill out the form, where you can also upload your material.
For larger files—that is, files totaling more than 10 Mb—you can use WeTransfer and email them to vesterhavet@icloud.com
The material must comply with the following
Photos
Resolution: At least 1,000 pixels on the shortest side.
Format: jpg or png
Compression (not required): Preferably compressed to, for example, level 5 in Photoshop or simply compressed to “medium.”
Rights: You must have the rights to allow a photo to be published on visitagger.dk.
visitagger.dk (and thus the company Rubys) assumes no liability for material submitted to us without the rights having been clarified.
Copy
The image must not be a copy from another source for which you do not hold the rights. You may not link to another website where the webmaster could “copy” the image; this could result in costly fees to the copyright holder.
In other words, you must have verifiable rights to all the material you submit and obtain prior approval for its use if you are using third-party material. For example, you may not copy images from other people’s Facebook accounts. If I can see that the submitted material has been copied from other sites, it will not be used. See this link.
Text
All text must be submitted separately from images, for example, in Microsoft Word or another text-editing program. It can also simply be included in an email.
If you have an ad from another source that has both images and text mixed together, try sending them separately.
If the webmaster receives material that requires more time to sort through and make usable (e.g., retyping text), this will be billed based on the time spent.
Do not
Do not send a Word document containing both images and text, as it takes time to separate them so they can be used.
Do not send a “photo” of an ad where the text and image cannot be separated.
