Let's walk for the good common cause
Description
WalknRoll will give everyone, regardless of disability, the opportunity to walk or roll in Thy National Park.
You will be able to walk or roll several different routes, all of which are wheelchair accessible: 1.5 km, 3 km, 5 km and 7 km.
The pace is up to you - it's not about getting there first, but about enjoying yourself and having a social and active day. Our partner organizations in 2023 are Ulykkepatientforeningen, Psykriatrifonden, Sclerose- and Hjerteforeningen.
WalknRoll is open to everyone, whether you're a wheelchair user, walker, woman or man, it doesn't matter as long as you want to walk for a good cause.
But why is this in Agger? - Agger was chosen because it has Denmark's longest disability trail and at the same time has the unique nature of Thy National Park, with lake, sea, forest, river and fjord.

From WalknRoll's statutes, it appears that the purpose and vision of the association is
To create a healthy one-day event where nature, good experiences and accessibility are in focus.
To create a social event for disabled people where they can participate regardless of disability.
Attention is drawn to associations and organizations that improve living conditions for people with disabilities.
EVERYONE has the opportunity to participate in the event. The route is always organized so that the route is handicap friendly.
The vision is to spread the event to the whole country.
